Highly specialised in Food / Beverage / Health related retail & commercial fitouts, we operate under a 'full transparency' policy: We tender the fitout to our various reliable suppliers and trades, and then compile a tender analysis for your inspection - with our recommendations. Our subcontractors know that to be successful, they must provide a competitive quote. We can manage the project from Lease and Category 1 negotiations, through design, equipment selection and purchase, permits and certifications, construction and finally – the professional site clean to provide on-time handover.
Our clients have the opportunity to see every quote and every invoice received from all sub-contractors, and then have the ability and right to clarify any costs involved before they are incurred. With weekly site meetings (more often if required), we walk our clients through the progress, keeping them fully informed – no surprises. On our larger projects we provide costing spread sheet updates as part of the weekly review, again for up to the minute clarity.
On completion of the project we ensure all manuals, certifications and inspections are received and we liaise with the landlord to guaranty all of their mandatory requirements are meet. If required we can even provide a team to help stock the store.
In an industry where hidden 20 – 25% mark ups are the norm, we operate with a fully disclosed 15% project management fee, and we work for you – the client, not the builder or subcontractor. It's in our best interests to ensure the most cost effective fitout possible, because if you're profitable then you'll open more stores!
